I contacted Mike Zahn at REMAX Inegrity in Phoenix. Mike was amazing! I cannot tell you all that he did for us…it would take too long to detail every little thing he did in finding us a home! He linked us to the web site and fed us listings for about four weeks. During that time, we were able to “shop” and see what types of homes fit our requirements, get a feel for the market, etc. After four weeks of web shopping, we had one week to get to Phoenix and get a home purchased or back off entirely until fall.
He had everything lined up; he was on time and did more than a lot of hand-holding, consoling, advising, listening, and being patient! He was totally prepared and had everything ready to go on our first morning. After two days of looking, I was ready to throw in the towel but he wouldn’t let me give up. He had alternatives, new locations, alternative types of houses, etc. By the end of the third day, we had found an ideal house in an ideal location, in an area we hadn’t considered initially. We were very happy customers!
I have never worked with anyone who was so thoughtful, prepared, calm and reassuring, professional, creative and willing to do far more than required than Mike!
Buying a home in a different city and having to do the final inspections, closing, etc. from a distance was a new experience for us and somewhat unnerving at best. Mike made it easy and uncomplicated. He is totally trustworthy, doing everything he said he would do and doing it when he said it would get done. Mike was simply wonderful and made this whole experience really quite simple! He had an incredible knowledge of the market, the amenities in the area and was our guide for everything.
I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. We have already recommended him to another person here who is looking to buy a house in Phoenix just like we did.
